For large multisite clients we can offer detailed compliance reporting to ensure that we are offering a transparent service, adhering to agreed client service level agreements and reporting to clients on our own performance.
This service is operated via the data gathered from our handheld devices. Our compliance manager, Tom Bradley, is able to then turn this into meaningful information for our customers. Liaising with the regional managers Kirsty can ensure that they have all the information they need to keep clients up to date with our progress and identify areas that require development.
